The purpose of the Jonesborough Storytellers Guild (JSG) is for the preservation and perpetuation of storytelling and to promote the art and craft of storytelling.
Storytellers perform every Tuesday night in downtown Jonesborough. In addition, the JSG produces other major storytelling events in the area and responds to special requests.
Guild members make storytelling, in Jonesborough, more than a once-a-year occurrence.
