Folk Art Center—TELLABRATION!™ Wallace Shealy "It is no surprise to me he has been telling tales since he could talk and I often had to warm his rear for it." — Wallace's Dad Wallace was born in Aiken, SC but since has lived all over. From Dallas and Detroit to Silicon Valley while he managed system engineers, developed training and new technology at Ross Perot’s EDS and GM. He used to enjoy annual trips to Golden, CO to IBM Publishing, where he really went to enjoy another passion — eating at a favorite spot the Briarwood Inn. He was featured in Modern Technology in a story about his advances in publishing using IBM’s BookMaster and GDDM which were forerunners of today’s web tools like HTML5. Pastor Shealy served congregations in Waco, Montgomery, Shreveport, and Williamsburg plus a call to the Church Planter’s Network. Many of his parishioners will tell you he could spin a biblical story or one about them. This led in 2010 to his becoming the Southeast Bold-Faced Liar Champion telling a bible story about the swine-flu, gaining him recognition from Google to CDC.
